Don't be yoked to slavery, whether that "slavery" comes in the form of trying to maintain a certain image, keeping up with schoolwork, being stellar at your job, or just having fun at the expense of developing my relationship with God. The truth is, I'm not yoked to any image; I'm not an image. I'm God's daughter. And my Daddy has set me free!
Dear Bluff, that means I might not see you as much. Dear report card, this means you might not look as pretty as you have. Dear my favorite hobbies and pastimes, it means you can wait. Dear Jesus, it means I'm sorry and I can't wait to be with you!

Good post...good reminder...it also seems like a good way to really learn to worship our only God :)
